  • What is your consignment policy?

    The Consignee will sell the Goods at a retail price set by Replay.

    After 30 days the price drops 20%, after 60 days the price drops 50%

    It is the consignor’s responsibility to pick up items before the 90-day period or item(s) will be forfeited.

    The consigner will receive:

    50% of the items sold price items sold between $1-$399

    60% for items sold between $400-$799

    70% for items sold between $800-$999

    75% for items sold for over $1000

  • what us your return policy?

    Unfortunately we do not except returns, however you are welcome to re-consign.

  • What if I buy something that is broken?

    We encourage you to thoroughly check apparel and equipment before purchasing. We will return skis and bindings if they are checked by a professional and deemed not safe.

  • Do you do repair on skis or bikes?

    We do not do repairs, however Blue Sky Ski rental and Repair will offer our customers a discount. 

  • Can I come get my gear anytime?

    Yes your gear is always yours until it sells as long as it is within the 90 days

  • How do I get paid?

    You may come in and use your proceeds towards purchases or we can print you a check. You are also welcome to call us and we can mail you a check.

  • Are you affiliated with the store in Aspen?

    They are two separate entities. However the owner of the Aspen store is a partner in GWS.

  • Does my balance expire?

    We will purge accounts every two years.
