ReplayGWS makes it easy to turn quality gear you’re no longer using into store credit or a check—while helping keep great equipment out of the landfill. Whether you’re buying or selling, our mission is to support affordable access to outdoor sports and reduce waste in our community.
SELLING WITH REPLAY GWS
Bring us your high-quality, gently used, current-style equipment, gear, and apparel. If it’s in great shape and still in demand, we can help find it a new home.
What We Accept
Items must be in good to excellent condition, clean, current, and free of damage, defects, excessive wear, or dirt. Items should be late-model and in current style. We accept items that are in season or approaching their season.
How It Works
We evaluate your items and set pricing based on fair market value. Your items remain available for up to 90 days. Prices automatically adjust on the following schedule:
Day 0–30: Full price. Day 30–60: Discounted 20%. Day 60–90: Discounted 50%
Your Earnings
We pay out based on the final selling price:
50% for items sold between $1–$399. 60% for items sold between $400–$799. 70% for items sold between $800–$999. 75% for items sold at $1,000+
Payouts are issued by check only.
Store credit and checks not claimed within 2 years are forfeited to ReplayGWS.
After 90 Days
If an item remains unsold for more than 90 days, it may be donated or otherwise rehomed.
We do not hold items beyond the 90-day consignment period.
Online Selling Permission
If you would like your items listed online in addition to in-store, you may opt in on your consignment agreement. (Coming Soon)

Consignment term: 90 days. Price reductions at 30 days (-20%) and 60 days (-50%). Earnings split: 50–75% based on sale price. Payouts by check only. Store credit/checks expire after 2 years. Items may be donated if unsold after the 90-day period. Online listing option available soon.
